The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead who will take charge of our entire sales funnel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can manage and execute sales processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation and nurturing to closing deals.
  • Operational Execution: Take a hands-on approach in executing sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and the founding team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize the sales process and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within a tech or sports-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to manage and execute them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude, with a knack for problem-solving and independent thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sports and technology and obviously running is a big plus.
