The Role
Are you a versatile professional with a passion for startups and a deep understanding of running, injury prevention, and rehabilitation? We're looking for a Jack of All Trades to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who can wear multiple hats, combining skills in marketing and communication, operations, sales, and business development. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Communication: Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage communication channels, and create engaging content that resonates with the running community.
- Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the startup, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales activities, manage the sales funnel, and identify new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our community, understanding their needs, especially in the context of running, injury prevention, and return-to-run processes.
- Product Development: Link user feedback and needs to future product development and implementation, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving demands of runners and health professionals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and other departments to align efforts and achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Versatile skill set with experience in marketing, communication, operations, sales, or business development.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the running world, injury prevention, and rehabilitation processes.
- Ability to translate user needs into actionable product development insights.
- Passion for sports and technology, with a keen interest in the startup ecosystem.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus but not required.
